Evidence of
Effective Teaching
To enhance my teaching, I applied several strategies in the classroom. First, I introduced a token system to reinforce positive behavior and encourage collaboration among students. Offering frequent praise and encouragement was another key approach to boost students' morale and reinforce desired behaviors. I structured regular break times and kept a record to ensure consistency and accountability. Moreover, I developed a visual schedule outlining our daily activities, which helped students understand and prepare for the day ahead. Additionally, I utilized visual aids for classroom management, such as cues and reminders, to support students in following expectations and maintaining a structured learning environment. These combined efforts aimed to create an inclusive and supportive classroom conducive to academic and social growth.
