Teaching Parents About Autism

Hi there!

Teaching Parents About Autism (TPA) is an online support for parents who seek information and effective strategies to improve their child with autism.

We, in TPA, believe that teaching a child with autism no matter the difficulties, has the potential to grow in their unique way.

We know the struggles parents face that come with the diagnosis.

Sleepless nights, tantrums, meltdowns, poor communication, very little eye contact, sensory needs, and so on.

Parents need support. We are reaching out to you so you can handle and teach your child effectively with the proper mindset, tools, and strategies.

We're here to guide you on your autism journey.

We have programs that suit your needs.

Do you feel this way?

Stressed, frustrated, tired, or overwhelmed. Others feel they are on the verge of giving up!

So many challenges and problems they face every day that

studies show many parents need training.

That is why Teaching Parents About Autism (TPA) was created.
We will teach you how to...

- Guide and support your child at home as he enters the early years of life

- Teach your child effective strategies that you can use so you don't do unending trial and error

- Help build your confidence with the correct mindset and strategies

- Show you evidence-based practices that schools use to teach your child when in school

- Create resources that you can use at home with your child

- Become an "interventionist" parent who is knowledgable in handling their child with autism
